The staff were on the whole great, the Fin restaurant was great , big shout out to Omkar and Sangresh. The tangerine bar was brilliant and again a big shout out to the staff there. On the whole staff were amazing, however the reception personnel need to improve . I asked for one of my rooms to be a twin room which they couldn't provide which never happened, also upon checkout I would emplore he staff to concentrate on the person in front of you , they try to serve multiple guests at the same time , thos caused an error upon checkout and I ended up paying for another guest extra costs- this got reversed straight away but led to me having to go through the process again and delayed my taxi ride to the airport. Please reception improve your focus on the customer as you are the face of the fabulous resort maybe a smile or two wouldn't go amiss. Maybe take the example of all your colleagues from the restaurants, soa, housekeeping and pool areas. I would have rated it a 10 but reception cost the point.

The entire property is great. Pool is super awesome. Breakfast spread is very good. It is a huge property and nicely spread out. This place is great for friends and families. Whether is it a quite escape to having pool side fun-music-n-drinks, they got it all. The pool is extra large and there is another quite pool too. There is an inhouse shack too by the beach. Staff is very friendly and service is super quick. The inhouse stores are also good. Those who wish to indulge in Casino, there is one right within the resort. Juberto from front desk, Stalin & Co from Blue Lagoon, Housekeeping - you guys make a great team

Everything was good from check-in process. The location, view, facilities was of top class. Would definitely recommend.

A good hotel with attentive staff, who could not have done more to make our stay comfortable one. The swimming pool was a good size. The food at breakfast and dinner was also of good quality.

Very clean hotel! Even though it is so close to the water, still the corridors and everything is extremely clean and maintained. Smell is also quite pleasant and feels clean. The vibe is kind of rustic and "old money" vibes. Restaurant and staff are also great- caring and helpful. There is a private beach where you can go at night to just chill with your friends. And there is a guard all day+night for safety of the guests on the beach at night. Breakfast was good enough, though there could maybe be a few more options. But not complaining. The swimming pool is also quite nice and well built. There is a tiny waterfall which makes it v pretty.

Proximity to the beach, felt private, staff was friendly, garden and pool were great! There's also a Casino, spa, they have activities for kids. Overall very good experience.

Beautiful property, I liked the lawn and swimming pools and lazy river (gravity pool) and the direct access to the beach.

The lawns in the property were expansive and our room was right next to them. The beach was right outside the property and it was very good.

pool is exceptional , long and clean with waterfall , Private Beach is very clean at a nice walking distance . Casino is professional ,with nice food , drinks and entertainment . Breakfast experience at waterfall cafe is great . Great photogenic locations all around the property.
